Consejitos de cocina

El acero inoxidable requiere calor uniforme. No debe usarse para calentar capas muy finas de comida porque se quemarian



muy facilmente, y depues seria muy dificil de limpiar.

Los frascos que hayan contenido mostaza serviran para sasonar la ensalada teniendo precaucion en colocar el vinagre y aceite que se va a colocar.

En el agua donde se cocina al baño maria, es posible hervir ciertas cosas como ser papas con cascaras, zapallitos enteros.

Para que una torta o flan salgan bien se tiene que colocar cuando el horno esta a temperatura

Para desmoldar los flanes tienen que estar frios

Para quitar la piel de las almendras ya peladas, colocarlas en agua hirviendo, dejarlas unos minutos y pelarlas. Si se deja demasiado tiempo resultan muy blandas.
