Transformation " Gourmet " Recipes day 4

SWEET POTATO PUDDING

INGREDIENTS:
1 sweet girl
3 or 4 egg whites
1 teaspoon agave syrup (if you like sweeter)
PREPARATION
Cook the potatoes, then puree, add egg whites and honey and mix.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees, cook for 20 or 30 minutes.
Protein: 16 grams.

TOFU ICE CREAM
INGREDIENTS:
1 / 2 cup soy milk (no sugar or 1%)
1 ½ cup tofu (silken texture soft)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract (no sugar)
1 tablespoon agave syrup
1 teaspoon grated orange peel
PREPARATION

TILAPIA SALAD DRESSING
INGREDIENTS:

PREPARATION

TORTILLA SALAD
INGREDIENTS:
4 egg whites
1 tablespoon parsley
1 tablespoon basil (basil)
1 tablespoon black pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 small onion (chopped)
1 clove garlic (minced)
1 tomato, diced
Spray coconut or grape
PREPARATION
In a bowl place the egg whites together with the parsley, onion, pepper and basil.
Spray skillet with cooking spray and place the prepared and cooked on both sides
Then remove from heat and cut small strips.
In a bowl, put some spray and begins to cook the garlic and tomatoes, remove from heat, let cool.
In a bowl, place the tortillas cut into strips (cold) and added olive oil and tomato cooked (stir) to eat cold.
Protein: 16 grams, 3.3 grams fiber.
